About our news coverage
Sequoia Research, LLC is an independent real estate investment research firm providing analysis of Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs), Tenant in Common (TIC) investments, Opportunity Zone Funds, and mineral rights and royalties.
A starting point for further research
Our news desk follows Blue Vault, AltsWire, Nareit, OpportunityZones.com, and topic feeds covering 1031 exchanges, DSTs, Opportunity Zone funds, REITs, 721 exchanges, and related investments. Press-release coverage includes PR Newswire, Business Wire, GlobeNewswire, and ACCESS Newswire.
New items are collected automatically, normally once an hour. Source-based summaries are prepared in a separate scheduled workflow and appear when ready. Search feeds are selective and may omit relevant stories or include an occasional off-topic item. The archive begins with available recent items and grows as new items arrive.
Sources, authorship, and dates
Sequoia Research prepares original summaries with AI assistance from accessible publisher articles or article text supplied in publisher feeds. Each summary explains the reported development and credits the source. Summaries are checked against the available source text for factual support but are not independently fact-checked or individually reviewed by a human editor. The source retains authorship of the original reporting. We do not republish full articles, photographs, or subscription research. When sufficient source text is unavailable, the directory links directly to the publisher instead of creating a headline-only article page.
“Published” identifies when Sequoia Research added the brief. “Source published” identifies the original feed’s publication date where available. Aggregator receipt times are not presented as original publication dates. Directory date filters use the source date when available and otherwise the date added.
News and press releases
Press releases are labeled separately because they contain statements from an issuer or sponsor. Inclusion is not an endorsement, investment recommendation, or confirmation of an offering’s availability. The research considerations on a brief are general questions, not a review of the particular investment in the headline.
For a correction or removal request, contact hello@sequoia-research.com with the brief’s URL and the relevant source.
